When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll have a 30-day grace period to export any data that exceeds your new plan's retention limits. After the grace period, your new plan's data retention policy applies.

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or drop back to the Free plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days after downgrade, during which you can export everything via CSV. After the grace period, Free plan retention limits (7 days) apply.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly transaction quota. Transactions are never dropped — we continue collecting them and provide a grace period. If overages persist, we'll work with you to find the right plan for your usage.

Aggregated summaries are retained longer so you don't lose historical trend visibility entirely.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or ACH. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
